Venue Management
We handle all venue sourcing, contracting, and ongoing liaison to ensure the location aligns with your needs. This includes site inspections, detailed floor plans, room allocations, and coordination of venue-specific logistics. From managing catering requirements and dietary needs to theming and furniture layouts, we ensure the venue supports both the functionality and atmosphere of your conference.

Supplier & Onsite Delivery
Bluejuice Events takes care of all supplier engagement and on-site logistics. We coordinate AV, lighting, catering, photography, and exhibition builds while managing the full schedule across all conference days—including bump in, setup, production, and bump out. Our team will be on-site for the duration of the conference, managing staff, suppliers, and delegates to ensure every element runs on time and on budget.
Speaker & Abstract Management
We liaise directly with speakers to manage their schedules, presentations, and technical needs. Speaker briefings, run sheets, and tailored communications ensure everyone is well-prepared and confident. If required, we offer full abstract management including online submission platforms, review systems, and scheduling, giving you a streamlined way to coordinate complex content programs.

Marketing & Communications
We create and manage a full suite of marketing materials and branded assets to drive engagement and reinforce your conference identity. This includes website and app development, eDM design and copy, digital and social media graphics, program design, signage, and on-screen visuals. All communications are carefully coordinated to ensure consistency, clarity, and maximum audience reach.
Sponsorship & Exhibition
We collaborate with your committee to design and implement a strategic sponsorship plan, including tailored packages and pricing structures. From developing a professional sponsorship prospectus to managing pre-event communications, exhibitor logistics, and on-site activation, we maximise sponsor visibility and deliver value. Our sponsorship approach is realistic, targeted, and results-driven, with a team focused on achieving strong outcomes.

Registration, Accommodation
Our registration team builds and manages custom online forms for delegates and sponsors, offering real-time tracking, tiered pricing, and responsive support. On-site, we handle check-ins, badge printing, and support services. Accommodation bookings are managed alongside delegate needs and are all made through the registration portal to ensure booking coordination and special requirements are dealt with care.
Financial Management
Our in-house finance team, led by a Chartered Accountant and FCPA, oversees all budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation. We offer transparent financial tracking to meet audit standards and ensure responsible, accurate fund management.
