Bluejuice Events managed the BlueScope Board of Directors Community Celebration Event at Port Kembla Steelworks on November 20th, 2023. The event brought together 150 community and business leaders to discuss BlueScope’s masterplan, with a focus on land redevelopment for community use. Distinguished guests, including the Premier and other government officials, attended the event, which was seamlessly directed by Bluejuice Events.

Bluejuice Events orchestrated the Legacy Centenary Dinner at the Novotel Wollongong North beach on Friday, October 27th, 2023. The event, marking Legacy’s 100 years of service, honoured the sacrifices of military families who lost loved ones in service for the country. Bluejuice ensured the smooth execution of the dinner, which raised funds for Legacy’s ongoing support for widows and dependents of fallen military personnel. The 220 attendees commemorated the legacy of care provided by Legacy, spanning conflicts from World Wars to present-day operations, and contributed generously to the cause.

Bluejuice Events managed BlueScope’s MCL7 Launch Event at the Western Sydney Service Centre on August 11th, 2023. The event celebrated a $415 million expansion of metal coating capacity at the Erskine Park site, ensuring smooth logistics. BlueScope’s Managing Director & CEO, Mark Vassella, attended alongside roughly 50 invited guests to unveil the news.

We were lucky enough to work with the City of Wollongong Council to deliver the Advantage Wollongong 10 year anniversary and rebrand of Invest Wollongong. It was considered a great success with happy clients and guests. We were responsible for managing the rsvps, organising the entertainment, catering, AV and Venue Liaison.

We were privileged to manage the 40th Anniversary of the Appin Mine Disaster Memorial this morning in Appin. It was a moving tribute to the 14 miners that lost their lives. The community rallied around and showed that the effect of the disaster is still felt all these years on. Bluejuice Events were responsible for the overall event day logistics, including the supplier liaison, client liaison, budget management and looking after the av for the day.

In 2018 Bluejuice Events managed the opening of the Dalfram Dispute monument in Port Kembla. The launch coincided with the 80th anniversary the dispute. The event and was attended by current and past MUA (Maritime Union of Australia) members, officials, politicians and guests from the Chinese consulate and local community.
