International Women’s Day Lunch – 2026

The IWD Illawarra Lunch has been championing local women and organisations for more than 20 years, cementing its place as one of the region’s largest and most in-demand events.

This year, Bluejuice Events delivered a fully integrated, end-to-end event management solution, transforming a sold-out WIN Entertainment Centre into a seamless, high-impact experience for more than 950 attendees. Amy Duggan returned as event MC, creating a respectful and inclusive space for our guest speaker Jana Pittman and all scholarship and major project winners.

From initial planning through to on-the-ground delivery, our team led every detail including venue liaison, supplier coordination, attendee communications, seating, and full-scale production. With meticulous coordination and a sharp focus on the attendee journey, we ensured a polished, professionally executed event that ran flawlessly from start to finish.

BlueScope Board of Director’s Event – 2026

Bluejuice Events proudly partnered with our valued client BlueScope to deliver a memorable Community Celebration hosted by Managing Director & CEO Tania Archibald at iAccelerate.

Welcoming nearly 200 guests, including Board members, local politicians, and community leaders, the event marked several key milestones for BlueScope.

From initial assets design through to seamless on-site delivery, our teams collaborated to create a cohesive and engaging experience, covering everything from invitations and signage to full-scale event production.

The Works Sod Turning Ceremony – 2025

The Bluejuice Events team partnered with Legacy Property to deliver a premium VIP event marking the official commencement of construction, highlighted by a ceremonial sod turning at The Works Corrimal. To mark the importance of the event, we secured The Hon. Paul Scully, MP, The Hon. Ryan Park, MP, and Lord Mayor Tania Brown to officiate the ceremony alongside Legacy Property CEO Matthew Hyder and MC Susie Elelman.

Providing a comprehensive end-to-end service, our team managed all pre-event planning, creative asset development, and detailed run sheet execution, alongside full production coordination. This included logistics and bump-in, event styling, catering management, and the seamless coordination of high-profile guests and stakeholders.

Healthier Illawarra Men’s Lunch – 2025

Bluejuice Events proudly delivered the 2025 Healthier Illawarra Men’s (HIM) Lunch, held at UniHall in Wollongong and attended by 500 guests. This year’s guest speaker was Lord Ian Botham who sat for a Q&A session with co-hosts Karl Stefanovic and Gus Worland.

Working in close partnership with the local organising committee, our team provided end-to-end event management, from initial planning through to on-site delivery. This included venue selection and management, coordination of a high-profile celebrity speaker panel, event marketing support, and the delivery of all event-day logistics.

Executed with precision and professionalism, the event ran seamlessly and successfully raised vital funds to support men’s health awareness across the region. Bluejuice Events is proud to have played a role in bringing this important initiative to life.

Bluejuice Events proudly coordinated the 2025 Business Illawarra Awards on Friday, September 19th, 2025. The evening celebrated the region’s leading businesses and their achievements. Our team handled everything from venue and supplier liaison to stage design, audiovisual coordination, and entertainment, ensuring the night ran smoothly. Legacy Lunch- 2025

Bluejuice Events proudly coordinated the Legacy Business and Community Lunch at The Sage Hotel Wollongong on Friday, August 29th, 2025. With over 180 guests in attendance, the lunch featured keynote speaker Dean Boxall, Australian Olympic Swim Coach, and raised vital funds for widows and dependents in the Wollongong and South Coast region. ACSP Conference- 2025

Bluejuice Events was proud to deliver the 2025 Association of Catholic School Principals (ACSP) Conference at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. Welcoming over 350 Catholic school principals and education leaders from across NSW, the event focused on the theme Living Waters: Leading with Hope, Inspiring Faith Communities. Our team provided full conference management including registration, venue coordination, speaker support, sponsor liaison, onsite logistics and program delivery. Illawarra Women’s Trauma Recovery Centre- 2025

Bluejuice Events facilitated the launch of a powerful new report by the Illawarra Women’s Trauma Recovery Centre, in partnership with the Centre for Women’s Economic Safety. The report highlights the complex barriers victim-survivors face in achieving financial independence after economic abuse. Bluejuice provided full event management and AV services for the launch, and we’re proud to have helped bring this important conversation to light.

HIM International Men’s Day Lunch- 2024

Bluejuice Events had the privilege of delivering the 2024 International Men’s Day Lunch at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach on behalf of Healthier Illawarra Men. The event welcomed over 300 guests and featured keynote speaker John Maclean OAM, whose incredible story of resilience left a lasting impact. After surviving a life-changing accident, John became the first wheelchair athlete to complete the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon and swim the English Channel. Bluejuice ensured the event’s seamless execution and is proud to have supported such a meaningful cause for men’s health.
